The Not-So-Bad OOPS

written by Thomas Rutherford Owner and Coach of www.truthcontestprep.com

Import_017Competitive bodybuilder Thomas Rutherford Coach of Truth Contest Prep remembers, “the best and my favorite is…I must set this one up right. It was 330am 10 days before my Jr Nationals 2009 show. I ate three white bread, butter, and pancake syrup sandwiches over the sink with my eyes closed and then went to sleep with a grin and in heaven. Waking up four hours later, I had striations in my spinal erectors that could only be matched by Flex Lewis. I put on my pair of trunks, went into the backyard, and got a hell of a picture! A great cheat meal, with great results!”
